We will get back to you at the earliest. All data collected shall be deleted after the event.

Photo & Video Consent Notice

By registering for this event, you acknowledge that photography and videography may take place. Images and recordings may be shared on the event organizers’ social media channels and used for general event documentation. We understand and respect your privacy. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let us know in advance by emailing [info@icthi.org], and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We also kindly ask that you avoid camera areas during the event.
